With over 15 years of experience, Pavel Batishchev provides expert guidance on various corporate, financial, intellectual property, and technology issues to individual clients, domestic firms, and international corporations.

Pavel specialises in private equity and venture capital transactions, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate law, catering to clients in diverse sectors like IT and technology, alternative finance, blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

As a legal advisor, Pavel plays a key role in structuring and negotiating the most complex international transactions, and acts as a trusted business advisor to companies in all aspects of their operations, including strategic advice for their management teams and directors. Apart from corporate law, Pavel provides strategic counsel on intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent and trademark law.

Pavel has served as an independent director on the boards of technological and engineering companies, providing valuable strategic advice on business development matters and new products release.
